- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆For 2 years in a row my husband and I have waited 2 weeks each time to get a quote. We were told we had to pay $850 for the year up front...which we did. This year it took just as long and despite being told directly from Mark that we would get the quote within 2 days. Over 2 weeks later and no return phone calls from Mark or anyone from the office. We looked into going with another company, who gave a quote of $58 dollars (no yearly payment up front necessary) and $690 for full year with more coverage for tools. I suggest people shop around to get the best quote rather than taking Mark Freemeyer and staff's word. He clearly is trying to make as much money as possible of us with no regard to the situation that he would be putting us in.By Meagan snell, April 28, 2017
