- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Be prepared to receive wrong information. All I needed was my passport. I called in advance to make sure that I had all documentation and fees. The information I was given over the phone with incorrect. After the fourth and fifth time that they ask me to leave and to come back with different documentation I finally just left and I'll never return. Well I was sitting at the table talking to the third person my son grab the highlighter and wanted to color on a piece of paper the lady was rude and said he couldn't touch them. She talked to me in a very condescending voice. They will not help you with anything they look for excuses not to do their job. Not that they care but the whole time I was trying to get this transaction done I had my baby girl in my arms who's fighting for her life with heart failure and my five year old son with me they didn't know that we had just come back from a doctors appointment received bad news. Sometimes in life you need to remember to be compassionate towards people you never know what they're going through I hope that these ladies read this review and try to become better people and it definitely better at their job.By Melanie Urrutia, March 27, 2017
